Free Local Home Delivery 

We offer a free local delivery service for those with heavy shopping or larger items. Normally we deliver within a two-mile radius of each store, but we will consider longer journeys, however there may be some costs involved for these. Please ask in store for more details.

Ordering Stock/Reserving Products

If the item, you require is not available when you visit our stores, we may be able to transfer it from one of our other branches. This takes a couple of days, however the product will be reserved for you for a period of seven days (unless paid for in advance). Please ask in store for more details.

Brita Recycling 

We accept used Brita cartridges. Just hand them in at the service counter. 

​

Battery Recycling

We recycle all your old batteries. Just hand them in at the service counter.

Ecover Refills

We now have Ecover refills stations in our Swiss Cottage and East Finchley stores. Your Ecover refill bottles can be reused up to 50 times which means you are using less plastic and saving money. You can refill washing up liquids, laundry liquids and all-purpose cleaners. Please ask in store for more details and join the #refillution.

Knife Sharpening Service

We are in the process of finding a company which sharpens your knives back to new at a reasonable price. More details to come.

NHS, Student and Local Business Discount

We offer 10% discount to our valued NHS workers, students and supporting out local small businesses. Please ask in store for more details.
